Under the supervision of the Sr. Education & Training Manager, monitors and handles the daily operations of event management team; as well as provide operational and administrative support for Education and Communication Services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Serve as a liaison with customers and the Event Management team in the daily management of services, which includes, but not limited to: responding to email inquiries, continuing education tracking and reporting; and electronic and hard copy file maintenance and reporting.

- Conduct data integrity processes within database systems of all non and continuing education and certification projects; which includes, usage of a master data sets and data clean up (manages database input content) to disseminate e-continuing education certificates and certificates of attendance.

- Assist with training and conference event preparatory tasking.

- Monitor and extrapolate data from online evaluation surveys (SurveyMonkey) and assist with the development of the Post Event Evaluation Summary report.

- Participates in ECS Team quality improvement and process-oriented activities.

- Provide telephone and mail support for the team.

- Sort and deliver incoming mail, retaining those items that can be handled personally and delivering the remainder to appropriate MPHI staff mailboxes while maintaining confidentiality of documents and information received.

- Provide operation and maintenance of standard office equipment, such as facsimile machine, copier, postage machine, voice mail, computer equipment and software.

- Maintain kitchen(s), conference room(s) and supply room(s) or closet(s) by stocking, organizing and keeping them clean.

- Receive office visitors and deliveries and provides information to callers, including taking messages.

- Develop and maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word. 

- Maintain a positive, strong, credible professional and interpersonal relationship with all parties relevant of MPHI projects and represents the best interest of MPHI at all times.

- Perform other duties as assigned.
