We are seeking an Exhibit Consultant / Sales Representative to join our team based in Livonia, Michigan. As our newest exhibit consultant, your job will be to assist current and new clients in the selection and design of their trade show displays and custom exhibits, and various other applications – corporate interior signage and displays, event signage and more. We are a well-established and respected exhibit company celebrating 35 years in business this year, with a strong client base and unlimited additional opportunities to grow our client list.

You will be successful in your role as an Exhibit Consultant if you are motivated to sell, enjoy face-to-face communication and value providing only the best customer service and a consultative approach to managing requests from clients and prospects.

Your success will be rewarded with an uncapped earning potential and an attractive commission structure, in addition to a base salary, medical benefits and paid time off. Our exhibit consultants have B2B sales backgrounds, and often have a bit of marketing experience as well. We expect you to be independent in your day to day sales related activities – and we will provide you with tools to quickly fill your pipeline and up your earning potential. Our team members have decades of experience within the industry – we are a small but mighty team who all share the goal of growing the company and providing the best products and service to our clients old and new.

 

Core Job Duties And Responsibilities

 

Present and sell company products and services to new and existing clients

Be comfortable handling projects from start to finish

Work with the team to develop creative solutions

Actively contact potential clients who need what we offer

Reach sales targets and other goals

Resolve issues effectively and strategically

Aggressively follow up to maintain client contact

Obtain new accounts

Develop and deliver effective sales messages, proposals, and presentations

Make cold calls, attend networking events and other new business development efforts

Research and identify new sales leads

Work with team on marketing initiatives and internal projects

Skills And Experience

 

Valid Michigan drivers license

A high level of initiative is required

A high level of attention to detail is required

Highly motivated and professional

B2B Sales, or strong desire to sell in B2B environment

Exemplary customer service record

Fearless in pursuit of new business

PC proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet search tools

Proven time management and organizational skills

Ability to focus effectively on multiple tasks

Preferred But Not Required

 

Familiar with trade shows, displays, exhibits or graphics

Creative Suite / design knowledge

Marketing backgound

Familiar with HubSpot CRM / Inbound Marketing Platform

 

Salary: Base pay plus UNCAPPED commission
