The College of Arts & Letters partners with Global Experiences – an organization that facilitates all on-site aspects of the program including identifying customized internship placements for each student in industries including, but not limited to:

Included in the NYC program is the award winning Global Career Readiness Program that combines assessment, coaching, and experiences to connect students academic experience with their professional ambitions. They take a strengths-based approach and focus on helping every participant meet their potential and find a career their love.

Program Dates:  June 5 – Aug 1, 2021

Application Deadline:  February 1, 2021

Eligibility:  Open to all majors; 3.0 GPA minimum; Must be at junior (or rising junior) standing by program start date

Academics:  Students enroll in AL 493A, SSC 493, or MC 400/401 for a minimum of 6 credits.

Housing: Students are housed in shared rooms in a furnished apartment on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The apartment is walking distance to public transportation, shops and restaurants. Each unit has a mini kitchen (equipped with a stove, sink, and fridge), 24/7 surveillance and front desk person, student lounge equipped with smart TVs, a study room, and more.

Estimated Program Fee: $4,500-$4,700
Program fee includes housing, placement services, and on-site support and professional development workshops. Program fee does not include tuition, travel, local transportation, or personal spending money.
