Experiential learning is the process through which students “learn by doing” and by reflecting on the experience. In CAL, you’ll encounter this type of learning both within and outside the traditional classroom. Experiential learning adds value to any student’s journey because it helps you enhance your education and develop your skills, interests, passions, and values.
Through experiential learning, students can build and demonstrate the competencies needed for real-life success in meaningful careers. In the liberal arts, the ability to gain these competencies is critical.
