Print & Administrative Coordinator

Film Forum seeks an organized, self-motivated, affable person to be the Print & Administrative Coordinator. This full-time position reporting to the General Manager is responsible for managing and arranging all of the theater’s print trafficking, as well as being the organization’s receptionist.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage delivery of all of the theater’s incoming and outgoing prints & trailers (digital, 35mm, and 16mm), and all promotional materials
  • Act as organization’s primary receptionist, supplying customer service
  • Keep inventory and order all office supplies
  • Assist with merchandise shipping and overstock returns
  • Oversee office equipment (research, order, repair)
  • Handle member & VIP reservations
  • Oversee phone and security systems
  • Assist General Manager on various projects as needed


  • BA with at least 2 years’ experience in an office
  • Experience in shipping film prints, art, or other valuable goods
  • Previous experience working as receptionist or handling a high volume of incoming calls
  • Highly organized with the capacity to juggle many projects
  • Solid computer skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with all types of personalities
  • Sense of humor a must
  • Passion for movies or arts and culture a plus

Salary: $40-42K depending on experience. Complete benefits package including fully paid medical insurance.
