My favorite experience in the program was creating magic for the guest. It was a little boy’s birthday and his favorite show was “Festival of the Lion King,” which is where I was working. A couple of cast members and I got to take them to a special front-row seat and he got to meet the cast afterward. It was such an amazing moment to see how happy it made the family, especially the boy. I felt so honored in making that boy’s birthday “One of the best birthdays ever!”
I have learned from the Disney College program professionalism, creativity, flexibility, and work ethic. Working for one of the most successful companies in the world has taught me how they continue to be the best in the world. Disney has very high standards that they expect all their cast members to meet, with no exceptions.
