As an intern I learned how to effectively communicate with clients to help them understand and get set up for success with using their online accounts. As a result, I developed valuable tech skills, that I now use every day to continue setting my clients up for success. I also gained better networking skills through this internship.
As a graphic design and communications intern, I designed and managed a weekly arts newsletter, created social media and internal design assets, and developed 50th anniversary branding for fiscal year 2026 use.
